What we collect
The only personal information this website actively collects is what you choose to share with us through our contact form. That means your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the contents of the message you write to us. If you reach out to us by other means in the future, we may also retain the messages and contact details you provide in those communications.
The Clutch Home iOS application does not require an account to operate the systems installed in your home. The app communicates with the equipment installed at your residence so that you can control it. We do not collect analytics about your in-home use of the app, and we do not sell or share that activity with anyone.
How we use it
Information you submit through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry, to plan an installation or service visit, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any automated decisioning.
How we store it
Inquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered to a private mailbox maintained by T-Tech Inc. and stored there alongside ordinary business correspondence. Access is limited to the small team that needs it to respond to you.
What we do not do

- We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing services.
- We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics in this website.
- We do not use your message contents to train any machine learning model.

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. The only cookies that may be set are those required for the site to function correctly.
Children
Clutch Home is intended for use by adults responsible for the residences we serve. The website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
